In-Store Pickup Orders

All orders placed through HerbsMerch.com are fulfilled as in-store pickup only at Herbs House in Ballard, Seattle.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Exchanges

We may accept exchanges for apparel that is:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Returned within 14 days of pickup

Size exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of pickup.
We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Special-order items
  • Custom or personalized merchandise
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after pickup
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
