When Will My Order Be Ready?
Most Herbs House Merchandise items are stocked locally and fulfilled directly by our team.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Orders are processed on the following schedule:
Order by Noon Monday – Available for pickup beginning Noon Thursday
Order by Noon Thursday – Available for pickup beginning Noon Monday

Are items kept in stock?
Yes. Most Herbs House Merchandise items are stocked locally and fulfilled directly by our team, allowing us to maintain a consistent pickup schedule and quality control.
Do I need to be 21 to pick up merchandise?
Well, mostly, Yes. Unless you are a Qualified Medical Patient with Current ID.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Please contact us before pickup if someone else will be collecting your order.
Do you ship orders?
At this time, Herbs House Merchandise is available for in-store pickup only.
How long will you hold my order?
Orders are generally held for 30 days. If you need additional time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
